Bernard Guerbadot took a long time to find an answer to this theme which pleased him because it really gave voice to artists. His contribution was a simple iceberg picture. In his opinion the artist suffers to show a small part of himself when he exhibited his work in a gallery. The public can see or imagine the remaining 90% of the life and work of the artist containing doubt, pain, work, failures, a pathos difficult to describe, and in any case not present chair rails.
The photo was long to find. He found it in an "image bank". He asked me to put the name of the photographer, provided by the seller organization of this picture.
One day I was dining with friends at Roubaix (city of north France), he realized, totally by chance that one of them was precisely the photographer who took this picture. The world is small.
